Last year we were very lucky to be asked to help organise a wedding for a fantastic client in Kent. Here’s what they had to say about their experience of working with Concierge in the Cloud (CITC) …
Why did you employ the services of a Virtual Assistant to help you plan your wedding?
Whilst it was going to be one of the most important days of my life, the reality was, I was never going to be able to manage to plan the whole event myself. My husband and I both work full-time and hold particularly stressful roles so knowing that I could draw upon the expertise of someone who had years of experience in event management was fundamental to my decision. I needed someone who could keep on top of the suppliers, especially in those early days of having to source quotations and negotiate on pricing.
What made you choose a Virtual Assistant over a traditional wedding planner?
I think I had heard some horror stories about wedding planners taking complete control of your big day and also blowing the budget out of the water. With a Virtual Assistant / (CITC), it just felt like a true partnership from the start. CITC were there every step of the way but made my life so much easier. They really listened to my brief and just helped me make some of the bigger decisions without being intrusive. With CITC they had experience in events far beyond just weddings, so they were able to bring a really different perspective to our big day.
What did you value the most about the services offered?
CITC’s organisational skills were fantastic, if I had not enlisted their services, I would have been totally unprepared and deliberating on the unimportant things. They really helped me to focus on what needed doing in priority order!
Do you think you received value for money?
Yes definitely, knowing everything was sorted and that we had on the day support from CITC meant we could genuinely relax and enjoy our wedding day. On the day, I know there were a lot of things that just happened without me having to know and that is what made the whole experience so worthwhile.
Would you recommend our services to other brides?
Absolutely and have actually done so already!
Having used our wedding planning services, would you be tempted to use other services we offer?
Yes I would and actually have recommended CITC where I work for our corporate events. I think personally, I would consider CITC for any other parties I organise or probably anything that required a lot of research such as our next holiday!

Giving you back time….
Concierge in the Cloud has several clients that use our services to give them back that all important hour, either to spend with their family or simply enjoy life!
